Emotions
Do not feel guilty about that, if you are sad, feeling alone or have no energy to do anything then it is all part of your functional being.
Wake up every day and look at yourself in the mirror and talk to your image. Talk about your struggles and what you achieve after that.
Talk about your goals and how your happiness about achieving them.
It is a new day and you need to make most of it.
