Interfaith Harmony

The core of interfaith harmony is to live and to let live.
To spread the message of Harmony and Tolerance among every individual of society equally.

Interfaith harmony builds a society that is cooperative and constrictive. It has consisted of positive interaction among different traditions, faith, and belief systems to address the religion and spiritual basis individually and on an institutional level. It is a form of taking place and giving space to a belief system that is contrary to the belief system of individuals living in society.

The religion is not for comparison, but the followers have to learn to coexist with other religions by not feeling the threat of the autonomy of their belief system.

Interfaith Dialogue;

Interfaith dialogue helps people to grow maturely about religion and its practice. It's a way to nurture and develop each religion mutually. It prevents hurtful sentiments of others about their religious belief system and faith.

People are very emotional and sensitive about the very core of their inner being about the religion and belief system.  A  slight change they notice can result in drastic behavior repulsions, and sometimes people tend to avenge the idea, object, person even the whole group. That is why we see so much hate speech against others' faiths and beliefs. It is a feed to the ego that lies inactions of some extremism like people attacking mosques, temples, and churches.

Religious Harmony;

Religious harmony indicates the affection between different religions. The person has the freedom to choose religion, and they have the right to practice their belief system. And live his life the way he wants without fear of judgment, prejudice, and stereotyping stigmatization.

To live is, society is never homogenous people. People come from different backgrounds and religions, and everyone needs to understand the importance of religious harmony to flourish and develop in peace and harmony. And the only way to achieve coherence and unity people need to accept others' way of living and conduct themselves and lives.

Religious Pluralism

Pluralism is a condition or system in which more groups, principles, or authority can coexist; it is a practice of holding more than one idea or belief system. It is the diversity of belief systems to coexisting in society, being equally valid and acceptable.

In a society, different people, groups shear some power in any form. In a community, people cleave different culture backgrounds by keeping their traditions and religious belief in harmony. It helps people to practice Tolerance without discrimination.

Importance of Interfaith Harmony

Interfaith harmony is essential to grow and develop mutually. Each religion through dialog help each other to enrich, and it provides space and for the faith and people to complement each other.
Without leaning the harmony among each religion, the extremism prevails and result in attaching, killing, and violence is the positive outcome. The society will go in chaos disturbance, high tensions.

People are dying less from natural death then human-made disasters. War, bombing, killing a mob, attaching holly places death during religious practice hit the number, and it is alarming. And to counter all these extremism and negativity in society, everyone needs to develop an attitude of understanding and accepting others.

Sometime inter-religion declaration crafted, but it did not reach the grass-root level in communities. There is a dire need for training and seminars of the local leaders and religious scholars. Repressing minorities and their rights only spread the negativity. It is the fundamental right of any individual to choose his way of living, religion, even the association between groups and personalities.

A Way Forward

It is about differences in the perspective of looking into reality. The different forms of real experiences in different ways that existed and in centuries with various thought-forms of different cultures increase the difference.

It is undoubtedly a two-way process, and to ensure its effectiveness, we must work on spreading the air of accepting each other. And work on familiar narratives that support and build the place in society where people are no more afraid to practice. We need to create a common ground where the leaders and representatives to step forward and promote interfaith harmony. And to enrich the atmosphere of peace, harmony, freedom, and happiness for everyone.

Religious Tolerance is essential in building peace and interfaith harmony. It is an outline to prevent and avert any clash of development. Religiously motivated peacebuilder can play a vital role in spreading awareness and the grass-root level in any society. It's a core where most of the clashes and conflict can emerge. It's been an immediate cause of the disagreement among people, groups, and nations even. And the possibility is higher among societies having different cultures and religions. Such disputes can prevent if applicable approaches and strategies are formulated and implemented at the grass-root level.
