How to Quit Smoking

Are you ready to quit?



Smoking is a physical and psychological habit that makes it difficult to quit. Nicotine provides a temporary addictive high.
There are several reasoning, but today I am going to give your personal plane. There are simple steps to follow.

  1. Set a quit date and mark in the calendar.
  2. Inform your family, friends, colleagues about your quit smoking program for moral support.
  3. Anticipate the plan for possible changes you any face, like withdraw symptoms, relapse, and craving.
  4. Remove cigarettes and other tobacco products from surround like home, work.
  5. Talk to your doctor about quitting and medication for coping withdrawal symptoms. 


Do not get hard at your self because habits take time to brake. You need durable will power and determination, which is inside you.
Take support, no matter how hesitant you are.
Time is right, and Time is now.
