Peace;

Peace value high among humanity. Some people can acquire it as Peace at all cost," and for some, it comes as "No war but Peace." war is never good, so Peace is never wrong.
Peace is a state where everyone is free from every form of disturbance and in a state of freedom. Peace is a country where there is no war or war has ended. Peace is also associated with a state of harmony.
Peace sounds a word, a subjective word that is associated with emotion or sentiment. The Peace varies from inner Peace and Peace in the physical surrounding. 

Type of Peace;

Peace of Ease;

Where is someone at the state of Peace he relaxes? It comes in many forms as you look into your favorite movie, you feel Peace after listening to some awaited good news. You feel Peace after completing a job done.

Peace of Tranquility;

This kind of pace that Mind and Body at a deeper level. Like you experience quite a place away from crowded or after mediation, you reach that level of Peace. When the mind and body are in that state, then you don't feel any disturbance, and people usually don't feel any need. It is a state of freedom. 

Peace of awareness;

When you understand something in the brain by observing the external environment, looking into facts and information. It is a sense of knowing about the space around you in which sight, sound, thought are not troubled when you go and see that place or person. In simple words, you know the end of anything; your action, outcome, and reaction are known to you or in other words, in your consciousness level. 

Peace of Unchanging;

Sometimes uncertainty creates a state of uneasiness. There is a fact that cannot change like mathematics; the outcome will be the same universally. After a day, there is always night; such things are not reliable. War is never good, so Peace is never wrong.
If changing to keep on people at the stage of flight like once the darkness has seen, people start getting freighting and go back to their place of living.



How it effects;

If you are not in Peace inside that gives you feel about pain, people feel at Peace even if they have trouble home; they are facing fear and terror. At Peace, your mind and body are at a state of rest, and your other body function is making you stronger to survive in this harsh word. At Peace, we can avoid overreaction, frustration, anxiety, and other psychological problems that are at stake when our inner and our peace conflicts.


We must protect our Inner Peace because it is the hope we live in this world till it becomes the Peace of mind. Let us now consider the areas of the world where our Peace is disturbed every passing moment. 

WAR????

War is the contraries or enemy of Peace; the Peace a human being come in conflict. Where ever conflict situation arises, it's the people who pay the price in the form of blood and bargain their Peace. The Peace that a mind and body seek is at stake.

Living in a state of terror, which is unknown, people are depriving of everything, people starve, and they live in a state of despair and suffering. The nations have to pay the price for ages. Terrorism and violence are limitless. It only brings pain, blood shad, and aggressive and massive killings and deaths of innocent lives.

How Peace is Challenged???


And adapt like a state of fight and flight. Those changes may last long even after that specific event is over.
The conflict situation affects the Peace of mind and body directly and indirectly. When your environment not saved, "Peace of Ease" is directly affected. 

The state of uneasiness stays until that situation is over, but that state lasts for the unlimited time that the release stress hormone in the body. And it can affect anyone's physiology and psychological level as well that can result in different illnesses.
The Peace of Awareness is a question when people are not aware of what is coming and what will come next? For how long they need to stay in a state of terror and fear when it will be over. 

The uncertainty of the conflict zone area or surrounding also affects the Peace of Uncertain. Human is always afraid of change; they fear new things. Their life will be change if things settle down, but how much time they will take to adapt that differences and Peace Tranquility is also at risk in all possible ways.

The mind and body stay in arousal state continually that affect the homeostasis of the body, which can weaken the immune system, it can affect the psychological wellbeing. The brain structure may change, and hormonal imbalance expected. When physical and mental wellbeing is at stake, it creates a panic situation and leads into disorder like Post Traumatic stress disorder, Acute Stress Disorder, Panic Attacks, sleep disturbance, Depression, Eating Disorder, Drug addiction, and so.

 The answer to War is Peace;

• Peace is when people resolve their problems and conflicts without violence.
• Peace is when everyone is living with safety, without any fear of threat, and violence Peace is when everyone has the right to choose to live freely is life the way he or she wants.
• Peace is when people have the right to get equal opportunity.
• Peace where everyone can practice their religious practice freely,
• Peace is where anyone can have access to basic needs of life,
• Peace where everyone has the freedom to get fundamental human rights,
• Peace is where you can get fundamental human rights.
• Peace is where you can live without fear of death.
• Peace is when you are not living under uncertainty,
• And Peace is Life
